The Founders

Our journey began in our Freshman college dorm at Spelman College. Throughout our years of studying and hard work we formed a strong friendship. We both graduated and went on to work in major metropolitan cities – New York and Chicago - and were fortunate to build a wealth of business experience. After years in New York and Chicago respectively, we decided it was time to return home and launch a business that would address an unmet need. We saw a need for a quality, modern nail bar that could also serve as a fun social space for Detroit’s residents and professionals. How could we not have a place in Downtown Detroit for manis, pedis, and champagne? Don’t we deserve it Detroit?

We designed The TEN Nail Bar to provide you with a #Perfect10 experience. We are no average nail salon. We want you to relax, enjoy music, a drink, your friends, a clean and precise manicure, and a much needed break from all of your hectic days. YOU deserve it. We can’t wait to grow with you. Members pay $150 per/month. Members ONLY pricing on all services, Two Manicures per/month ( traditional or gel). Two Traditional Pedicures per/month. Or booking of any services (Apres, Waxing, Lashes, and more).

CONVENIENCE
Book online, check in, cashless check out. All first-time guests of members receive 10% off their services. Unused credits rollover each month. 15% off retail

Franchise Insights

FRANCHISE FEE: $25,000

MINIMUM INITIAL INVESTMENT: $250,000

ROYALTY FEE: 6% of Gross Sales

LOCAL ADVERTISING: 4% of Gross Sales
