Our Founder Niesha Butler, who comes from a sports and engineering background, recognized a significant disconnect between the reality of becoming a professional athlete and the actuality of a kid having a career in STEM.

Comprehensive Training

An extensive dual-phase initial training program will help set up our franchise partners with all the knowledge they need to run a STEAM Champs business in their community.

Operational Support

We will provide ongoing training and support in many areas, including unit operations, maintenance, customer-service techniques, product ordering, pricing guidelines, and administrative procedures.

Marketing and Sales Support

We’ll help you leverage our established brand and community connections. We will coordinate development of advertising materials and strategies, consumer marketing plans, and materials. In addition, we’re committed to helping ours franchisees connect to Department of Education officials and local congressmen in order to maximize our influence.

Ongoing Business Development Support

We will provide our continued research methods and techniques, including purchasing and promotional schemes, to enhance unit-level profitability.
