For pick-up, our customers can either call in to our call center or use our app to schedule a pick-up. Simply let us know where to go and our professional concierge will be there. For drop-off, choose from our locker-style @laundry boxes or our traditional outlet stores. Our lockers are convenient and utilize our app to let us know that you’ve dropped off!

STEP 2: GET NOTIFIED
When your laundry is ready, we will notify you through your preferred method of communication. You’ll receive a call or a text to let you know that your laundry is either on its way to you or ready for pick-up.

STEP 3: DELIVERY OR LOCKER PICK-UP
Grab your freshly laundered items from the original outlet or locker that you dropped off at OR sit back and relax while our professional drivers deliver straight to you.
