In the early 1990’s, Charlie began selling windows for a national company, but was often frustrated at the inflated prices he was forced to charge the consumer. By the end of that decade, he’d moved to a different company selling roofing, siding, and windows.
Utilizing this extensive experience, he opened his own home improvement business, The Improvement Store, in 2006. By hand-picking the best products in the industry and installing them for a fair price, the Home Improvement Store has become a market leader in North Carolina. We offer the largest variety of home improvement goods and services over any competitor.
Building on that success, The Improvement Store’s management team is ready to help improve new neighborhoods through franchise offerings.
