FRANCHISE OPPORTUNITY EST. SINCE 2012
We believe that strong roots provide for a solid & healthy foundation needed for the growth and development of the Farm City Coffee legacy. With endless amounts of determination, problem solving, and perseverance, we have laid the groundwork for the current Farm City Coffee business model and route to success. Our coffee journey has been full of obstacles, learning experiences, and mistakes, all which have helped us improve and fine tune the policies and systems in place today. The improvements and continued learning have been a necessity in maintaining quality and delicious products that customers want and desire. We have developed policies and systems that not only work, but that are efficient and profitable! Farm City Coffee has cultivated a business model that’s upscale and mainstream third wave coffee, without sacrificing the quality, profitability, and integrity of Specialty Coffee.
FROM THE GROUNDS UP
In 2012, a whimsical design known as The Trailer Perk, hit the streets of Nashville, Tenn. and made its brewed awakening- serving up fresh delicious curb-side coffee creations. Amy Croger, a proud Kentucky native and founder/CEO of The Trailer Perk, rolled the streets of Nashville for 6 years in her mobile coffee trailer, before planting roots inside the historic Nashville Farmers' Market- where the first and original Farm City Coffee now cultivates great coffee, community, and kindness.
FARM TO FRAPPE
Farm City Coffee makes positive contributions locally and globally, keeping the quality of their ingredients high and carbon footprint small. We source only the finest locally roasted coffees, organic teas, and fresh local dairy farm milk available. With small town sensibilities and farm to cup ethics, Farm City Coffee proudly works alongside local Nashville farm partners and suppliers to provide the highest quality ingredients and socially conscious products. Farm City Coffee invests in the community, and the community reinvests back into Farm City. Nice matters, and so does quality! We proudly craft and manufacture 100% of our signature private labeled flavors- including innovative simple syrups and distinctive chocolate sauces.

THIRD WAVE COFFEE & SPECIALTY COFFEE MARKET
The global Specialty Coffee market is expanding at a robust rate owing to the increased demand for high quality coffee. The number of Specialty Coffee shops is growing rapidly across the globe. These Specialty Coffee shops offer a wide variety of Specialty Coffees as well as brewing methods and equipment. This is making it easier for consumers to access and enjoy Specialty Coffee. The third wave of coffee is a movement that is focused on quality, transparency, and sustainability in the coffee industry. This movement is helping to raise awareness of Specialty Coffee and is leading to a growing demand for high quality coffee. Finally, the rise of Specialty Coffee shops has been a major factor in the growth of the Specialty Coffee market. While convenience has always remained important to consumers the demand for high quality coffee and more innovative beverages are the driving factors of rapid changes in the sector. Successful cafes like Farm City Coffee, serve Specialty Coffee drinks and often feature unique flavor combinations. As of 2022 there are over 38,411 coffee shops in the US. The forecast for Specialty Coffee is a compound annual growth rate estimated at 11.3% from 2023 to 2030. Successful coffee shops will have their focus on product diversification, introducing new flavors, and brand extensions. The walls are covered in horizontal shiplap paneling, paying homage to our Southern roots. Tailor-made shiplap and scallop-edged paneling add a soft texture finish to the room. Our standout brand of signature pink makes an impact as it floods the room on the accent wall. The pink works well with the natural light and fresh sprigs of green farm accents and organic green paint.
Light & Bright - Nature and life are the inspirations behind Farm City Coffee. We use simple, less is more approach to our farm decor, with function and durability. The liberal use of white amplifies the natural light. Layers of vintage sconce lighting add style and depth overhead.
Warm Wood - The creative use of local reclaimed wood helps the coffee bar feel worked in, while elevating the timeworn material to art-installation status. The recessed rustic dark wood plank floor offers warmth and Southern hospitality.
