About RockBox
RockBox is a state-of-the-art group fitness studio designed to challenge each guest personally. However, they’re never alone. they will have the support of RockBox’s professional trainers and the encouragement of their fellow RockBoxers. There’s no question each attendee feels immediately welcome. Each studio plays high-energy tunes to inspire an even higher-energy workout. RockBox utilizes boxing, kickboxing, and uses functional strength training to create an intense full-body, i-feel-like-champ, go-ahead-look-at-my-abs workout. Guests don’t need to worry as they hit bags, not people. RockBox’s aim is to bust calories, not noses. RockBox Fitness facilities deliver a unified concept that combines membership-based enrollment with the simple goal of offering the highest quality training and classes to each and every member. The workouts are personalized with state of the art equipment and a clean and structured operation that provides all of the classes and structure a member could want. The RockBox model has successfully brought state-of-the art fitness to the Charlotte area, and is now expanding through franchising.

Support & Training
When you join the RockBox team as a franchise owner, you will receive outstanding support in a number of different exciting areas including:
- Operational Support
- Marketing Support
- Purchasing Support
- Accounting & Legal Support
- Ongoing Research & Development
You will also receive the following training and benefits:
Initial Training
for 1-2 weeks at the headquarters beginning 8-12 weeks before franchise is scheduled to open
Onsite Training
for a period of approximately one week to assist the franchisee in the commencement of operations
Refresher Training
2 times per year at the headquarters
Ongoing Training
Territories
Exclusive territories can offer a competitive advantage in the franchise sales and marketing environment. As a result, the RockBox franchise system will be granting its franchisees an exclusive territory. The typical territory will include a defined area and will be documented as a 50,000-100,000 population center or a 3-mile radius from the location.
Each territory will be defined as an area on a map that will be based on zip code and it will be decided by a number of factors including population, median age, median household income, the existence of competition, capabilities of the buyer, among others.
