Founded by Eric and Tosha Sublett, Firehouse Pizza first opened our doors on March 10, 2003, in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Three years later, we opened a second location in Morgantown. In the 20+ years since starting, Firehouse Pizza has grown and evolved into a local favorite, a true mom-and-pop shop that draws an enthusiastic and loyal clientele.
Taking a Three Generation approach, Firehouse Pizza offers something for everyone, whether they’re 9 or 90. We’re dedicated to providing an experience that’s fun and delicious for the whole family. With customer favorites including freshly-prepared pizza, salads, sandwiches and wings, a bourbon bar, self-pour beer, homemade ice cream and multiple indoor and outdoor dining areas that encourage kicking back and relaxing, Firehouse Pizza is a destination restaurant that keeps people coming back

The Firehouse Pizza management team has decades of proven experience, so we know what makes a pizza business work. We aim to help our partners build their own successful Firehouse Pizza franchise by providing everything you need to launch and continue operating smoothly.
If you have questions, we have answers. We designed our training program to show you the ins and outs of running a busy and thriving restaurant. We’re committed to first-rate pizza, first-rate service, and first-rate education about every part of our successful operational model.
Operational – Firehouse Pizza will provide ongoing support in many areas of operation, including customer-service techniques, staff management, product ordering, IT, and accounting.
Marketing – We will help you design local marketing plans, advertising materials, and digital SEO/SEM strategies to leverage our established brand.
Ongoing R & D – We are always refining our menu and our operations, and we will share these continued updates to help enhance profitability throughout the franchise.

Minimum Initial Investment Including Franchise Fee & Training: $248,300
Royalty Fee: 5% of gross sales
Required Local Marketing Spend: 2% of gross sales
