Support & Training
When you join the Dynamic Dental team as a franchise owner, you will receive outstanding support in a number of different exciting areas including:
- Operational Support
- Marketing Support
- Purchasing Support
- Accounting and Legal Support
- Ongoing Research and Development
A member of the Dynamic Dental field support staff will visit your location on an as-needed basis, usually at least one visit per year. In addition, you will receive the following training:
- 1-2 weeks of training for the franchisee and an additional team member at the Dynamic Dental headquarters in Coral Springs, Florida beginning 4-6 weeks before the franchise is scheduled to open
- Onsite training at your location for up to a week prior to opening
- Ongoing support in building and operating your business, including guidance on unit operations and maintenance, customer-service techniques, product ordering, suggested pricing guidelines and administrative procedures
- Refresher training sessions once or twice per year
Territories
When you join the Dynamic Dental team, you have the choice of a new startup business or you can convert your current dental care business to be under the Dynamic Dental umbrella. Dynamic Dental will work with you to create your territory.
Dynamic Dental will grant its franchisees an exclusive marketing territory and will use this as a competitive advantage against other non-territory franchise concepts. We offer territories based on a number of doctors in a specific market – ideally, between 200 and 300. Other factors may be considered, such as accounting for the number of clinics/offices or population density in the area.
Qualifications
Types of qualifications recommended for potential franchise owners include:
- Strong sales and customer service abilities
- Good with timing and schedule management
- High personal standards
- Able to meet initial investment requirements
- Strong sense of integrity in corporate and client relationships
- A willingness and commitment to excellent service
