After working in (and running) Italian restaurants for years and operating as a multi-unit operator of Houlihan’s, Joe created Bellini’s Counter, a fast-casual Italian restaurant with attentive service and a great selection of vibrant, home-made dishes. The menu includes pastas, salads, wraps, and more. It is the ultimate option for customers who want to eat a quality meal in a quick and casual environment.
The model is based on offering a quality and affordable meal in a casual environment, which fits the needs of many different types of markets and demographics, allowing for a wide range of possible locations that would fit the Bellini’s Counter business model.
Bellini’s Counter relies on an efficient operating system that provides the flavorful menu of wraps, pastas, and salads that is truly unique when compared to anything available in the fast-casual space. The current locations have been the launchpad for PR and industry recognition of the brand being launched through a franchise program (to be focused in New York, initially).
Bellini’s Counter offers a highly diversified but simple menu (as seen above) with a focus on fabulous Italian dishes. The typical franchisee will operate in a facility designed to be ergonomically efficient, offering a wide range of potentially available spaces ranging from 1,200 to 3,000 square feet. The extensive menu is designed to have something for everyone. The selection of food, ambiance, and great prices all tempt customers to keep coming back.
