55PLUS.Fitness is a new fitness concept that is being launched from the founders of Loved Ones In Home Care. Brendan Skeen, in his time in the senior care industry, has noticed the need for a niche fitness facility. The franchised version of this business is perfect for those who would like to be involved in the growing senior care industry, without of all of the unforeseen and unexpected issues that come with running an in-home care business.
The fitness industry continues to grow in size and relevance as evidenced by the fact that, this past year alone, Orange Theory Fitness added 247 units (averaging over $780,000 investment per franchised location).
The goal is to bring a new and exciting experience to a customer (and franchise buyer that wants to enter this industry). 55PLUS.Fitness is a fitness facility that was created for people who are 55 and older that are looking to workout on low impact machines, improve their cardio and heart health, and attend stretching and yoga classes in an organized setting.

When you join 55PLUS.Fitness as a franchise owner, you will receive outstanding support in a number of different exciting areas including:

Training
As a member of the 55PLUS.Fitness franchise team, you will receive the following training:
Initial Training - Held at 55PLUS.Fitness headquarters, for approximately one to two weeks of initial training, approximately 8-12 weeks before the franchisee is scheduled to open for business.
Onsite Training - An experienced trainer will provide on-site training for a period of up to one week to assist the franchisee in the commencement of operations.
Refresher Training - Franchisees will be required to attend up to two sessions of two days of refresher/update training per year.
Territories
The 55PLUS.Fitness franchise system will not grant its franchisees an exclusive territory.
Qualifications
Types of qualifications recommended for potential franchise owners include:
- Strong sales and customer service abilities.
- Good with time management.
- Service offered skill set.
- High personal standards.
- Able to meet initial investment requirements.
